Sponsored by the church's youth program, this fundraising campaign raises money to stop hunger and disease while challenging participants to go thirty hours without food.

AARP is a nonprofit, nonpartisan membership organization for people age 50 and over. For years, our congregation has supported AARP by serving meals and providing meeting space.

The Rev. Bill and Helen Lovelace are United Methodist missionaries of the General Board of Global Ministries who are serving in Kiev, Ukraine.

Our missions committee reguarly collects donations of canned and other non-perishable food items for donation to local charity organizations.

OPEN M is a non-profit neighborhood-based, comprehensive ministry working in the community of South Akron. OPEN M serves numerous sections of the city and county with a variety of programs that touch the lives of over 6,000 people each year.
